1. 목적

본 약관은 나노마인드(이하 '회사')가 제공하는 Nanofit 서비스(이하 '서비스')의 이용조건 및 절차, 회사와 회원의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

2. 서비스의 내용 및 크레딧

  • 본 서비스는 AI 기술을 활용하여 사용자가 업로드한 이미지를 변환하는 기능을 제공합니다.
  • 서비스 이용을 위해서는 '크레딧'을 구매해야 하며, 1장의 이미지 생성 당 1 크레딧이 차감됩니다. (서비스 정책에 따라 변경 가능)
  • 1회 충전(결제) 금액은 최대 10만원 이내로 제한됩니다.
  • 충전된 포인트의 이용기간과 환불가능기간은 결제시점으로부터 1년 이내로 제한됩니다.

3. 책임의 한계 및 결과물 고지

주의: 본 서비스의 AI 생성 결과물은 시뮬레이션된 참고용 이미지입니다. 실제 제품의 착용 핏, 색상, 질감 등과 차이가 있을 수 있으며, 회사는 결과물의 정확성이나 특정 목적 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다.

회사는 서비스 이용 결과에 따른 사용자의 비즈니스적 손실, 간접 손해, 또는 제3자와의 분쟁에 대해 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다.

4. 사용자의 권리 및 의무

  • 권리 보증: 사용자는 업로드하는 모든 콘텐츠(사진, 의류 이미지 등)에 대해 정당한 권리(저작권, 초상권 등)를 보유하고 있거나, 적법한 사용 권한을 확보했음을 보증합니다.
  • 책임: 사용자가 업로드한 콘텐츠로 인해 발생하는 제3자의 권리 침해 등 모든 법적 분쟁에 대한 책임은 사용자 본인에게 있습니다.
  • 사용자는 생성된 이미지를 불법적인 목적으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

5. 서비스 중단 및 변경

회사는 시스템 점검, 교체, 고장, 통신 두절 등의 사유가 발생한 경우 서비스 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.

6. 환불

환불에 관한 사항은 별도로 고지된 '환불 규정(Refund Policy)'을 따릅니다.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Nanofit, operated by Nanomind. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Credits and Usage

  • Our service operates on a credit-based system. 1 credit is consumed for generating 1 image (subject to change).
  • The usage period and refund period for recharged points are limited to 1 year from the time of payment.

3. Disclaimer & "As Is" Provision

Disclaimer: The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated images are for reference only and may differ from actual product fit, color, or texture.

Nanomind makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the generated images. You assume full responsibility for the use of any generated content.

4. User Representations & Warranties

  • Rights Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Nanomind to use all images and content you upload.
  • Liability: You are solely responsible for any legal consequences, including intellectual property or portrait right infringements, arising from the content you upload.
  • You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
